Web design and UI/UX
Best for: a site that looks dated, converts badly, or was never designed for the people actually using it.
We start with the people who use the thing, not with a colour palette. That means talking to your customers or your staff, mapping how they move through the site, and finding the two or three points where they currently give up.
From there we work in wireframes before pixels, so decisions about structure get argued out cheaply. Once the shape is agreed, we design the real interface and hand over a component library your future developers can build from without guessing.
Accessibility is checked as we go, against WCAG 2.2 AA. That is not only a legal question. It is the difference between a form your older customers can complete and one they call you about.
